Features:
1. An ideal diode controller with reverse input protection function, take diodes---anti-reverse charging of solar energy and reverse charging protection of charging.
2. Input and output are equivalent to diodes. When it is detected that the output voltage is greater than the input, the output is turned off immediately, the detection value is millivolt level, and the response speed is very fast.
3. The wide power supply operating range supports the use of 1 to 6 lithium-ion batteries in series to provide operating power. Low quiescent current (11µA typical) independent of load current. The gate driver includes an internal voltage clamp for MOSFET protection.
4. Low forward voltage diode function. This can provide a lower loss path compared to Schottky diodes and in high power applications this can provide a more efficient solution and save valuable circuitry by reducing the need for heat dissipation board space. When turned on, the voltage drop across the MOSFET is typically 20mV.
